I am very comfortable editing audio and video, as well as editing images on Photoshop or creating graphics or brochures on Adobe InDesign. Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Please explain to us how you stay organized at work, especially when juggling multiple priorities. o The best way that I know how to stay organized is to start by making a checklist. I believe it is helpful to have both a daily and weekly checklist of tasks that need to be completed. After doing this, I prioritize my list based on what is most important and timely. From there I go down the list, crossing off task one-by-one. This process works well for me, but certainly, I know it is not perfect as things can change around at any time. My experiences as an intern and through my position at TV-10 have provided me the tools to learn how to adjust when new projects arise on the fly.

Additionally, I am very comfortable with public speaking, which would be useful when there needs to be presentations given, both in-person and online. Finally, I have a great team-player attitude, which helps me quickly adapt to a new culture.

• Please briefly describe areas in which you believe you could improve. o I believe the areas that I can most improve on are writing and communicating more succinctly. I have been able to continue to work on this through my courses at UW-Eau Claire, especially in Public Relations Writing, a course where I was pushed to phrase information in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, I know that I could benefit from continually advocating for my career aspirations. This is something that I worked on while as an intern with Woodway. Due to this, I was able to find more projects related to what I wanted to improve on, which was a great experience for me.
