Kids need brain breaks because our mind needs a break to stop learning and to have some fun. Some teachers say no to brain breaks because kids can get out of hand, but kids believe that we need them. Let’s take at least 2 minutes from learning to have a brain break. Kids need brain breaks because if we don’t we tend to lose our focus and look at something else. If we are sitting for a long period of time our attention goes to something else in the room. Brain breaks makes learning easier because it rests your brain. Brain breaks also help us to function better because we are up moving and it lets oxygen into our brain. We need brain breaks to help us get our brain focused.
Kids need brain breaks because brain breaks can help a lot. Just even standing up to stretch can help a lot. The brain breaks are what gets our minds focused on what it needs to be. Scientists say brain break helps us decrease stress. They also help us boost blood flow, send oxygen to the brain, and help kids better retain information. That’s why we need brain breaks so that we can get better at focusing.

When kids don’t get brain breaks they tend to daydream or start talking about stuff that has nothing to do with the subject. Also, when we don’t get brain breaks we can get antsy and start moving around the room when we are not supposed to. When we don’t get brain breaks I tend to go to do something I shouldn’t be doing at that time. This is just a few things that happens when kids don’t get brain breaks imagine what other things kids will do.
We need brain breaks no matter what. When we don’t get brain breaks we lose focus or when we need brain breaks and dont get them we get in trouble for acting weird because we need a brain break. There are tons more reasons why kids need brain breaks these are just a couple of
