My essential oil journey began when I realized how horrible I felt all the time. I felt constantly exhausted, moody, bloated, and was prone to headaches. After going to the doctor a few times and repeatedly getting blood tests done with no answers, I didn’t know where to turn. My doctor couldn’t figure out why I was so tired all the time, even though I was sleeping up to 11 hours a night.
