They only achieve their goals by taking steps and strength which keeps them moving towards their goals without any obstacles. What differentiate a leader with others is all about the traits. Syria gained independence in 1946 where United States established a consulate In Damascus to interfere with Syrian government, as a result Syria was split as a result of military coup in 1950. Another coup was planned in 1957 which again failed as Syria merged with USA in 1990 to 2000 to end the civil wars in Lebanon. While in 2001 to 2008 the Syrian government started limiting its connection with the US. Syria had a plan to bomb the US on the information leaked to the US by the Syrian intelligence about Al Qaeda plans. Syria has faced economic sanction from the US government such as ,they are not allowed carry out any export related activities, have faced sanction from receiving US aids as well as accessing military Equipment from USA. The Office of Foreign Assets orders that sanctions Syrian citizens who have track records terrorism, United States Patriot Act prevented US and its subsidiaries from maintaining the commercial bank of Syria. The act sanctioned Syrian citizens who participated in destabilizing Lebanon and Iraq. Under the Obama reign, a policy rapprochement was created with Syria and failed.
