Some ethics principles I think were violated included Justice, when the doctor would not see him unless he showered and got clean up. I don't think it was fair for the doctor to put those standards on a homeless person because maybe this homeless person didn't have access to a shower and or clean clothes. I also believe the ethic principle of beneficence to the man was not given. Beneficence means doing good, but this homeless man was arrested 7 times even when one of the articles stated he might have a mental disease. I don't understand why he wasn't tested for a mental disease in the many times people had to opportunity to call the cops on him. People were causing him more harm then good.
