This introduction leads me to present the opinions and the recommendations of what should be in the HTM Co.
Establishing a purchasing dept. with qualified and efficiency people is the main reason of the HTM Co. problems.
Purchasing from suppliers by looking first to the needs of each showroom and salesman, therefore, order a big quantity with less price than before in one invoice only, because more quantities purchasing fewer prices you can get.
Inform the customers of decreasing in the prices to get their satisfaction, therefore increasing more new customers, that will stop the customers complaining.
Not allowed to do any goods purchasing process unless to get back to the purchasing dept., and that will decrease the invoices and the purchasing will be centralized.
The management will stop complaining of the accounting dept. because they won't have pressures from the invoices they were received before, therefore, will decreasing the
