According to the textbook, the introduction of a leader exhibits trusts, honesty, and respects who inspires people to become successful at what they are achieving (Barrett, 2011. Page 4). In order for the organization level to perform effectively, a transformational leader should develop strong communication skills, make better decisions, and assign people into small groups to finish work on time (Barret, 2011, page 5). In the past, I worked with a family friend who is the food committee chair for 8 years who has experience in working with restaurants and managing customers. A positive ethos seeks a positive characteristic who delivers an appropriate message to followers and persuades them to listen based on topic that was covered (Barrett, 2011, page 11). She brings cultural values and traditions where she is being recognized for her hard work and dedication within the Indian community. Everyone in the community care, listen, respect, and understand her as the food committee chairperson. She knows that I have a nutrition background where I am able to offer tips and advice for others to serve delicious menu without no cost. She realizes that I have an interests in volunteering to interact and socialize with friends and family within the community. My positive experiences working with the food chair committee was nice since she was willing to offer tips and advice when it comes to menu planning. I manage to get know new volunteers who are derived from a different culture and background. We collaborate as a team to brainstorm ideas and thoughts in terms of how well the food is prepared with exotic taste and flavor. My negative experience working with food committee is that I did not have ample time to participate in meetings due to personal commitments. We had a few disagreements on the menu planning and catering outside the restaurants. We once had an inexperienced cook from a local restaurant who lacked authentic flavor and delivered the late menu before the event. The food committee and volunteers were not satisfied they he treated. Instead, we had to find a better cook who gives us better quality of food at a reasonable
