Eulogy In Uncle Howard's Story Of An Hour

The story is about the writer who was in a car accident. His mother died in the accident and now has to live with someone from the Lester family which was his Aunt “Zsa-Zsa” and uncle Howard who were taking care of him. The author of the story explains how he was unhappy, living in the Lester family as it seems like he was adopted and also abused. The author of the story even explains that he wanted to run away and the accident actually saved him from the trouble. The author explains his experience when he arrived at his aunt and uncle’s house. This experience was different from the Lester family who was killed in the accident. His uncle makes holograms and the author of this essay saw a young beggar boy as the hologram which startled him but after a while, he realized that making holograms in different forms was Uncle Howard’s hobby. The holograms the author was seeing became more and more brutal and original. The author was becoming offended but then he realized that these holograms had meant to them and he could relate to their situations as when he was living with Lester- abused. …show more content…
