Nowadays, human has lesser death rate because there is modern medical science. It helps to extend patient from defective pathology or other injury give to completely cured but medical science cannot treat all disease. Some case may die or suffer because of that disease until family want to pay for treatment expenses of extending life. Medical science has idea lead of euthanasia is choice for patient.
