Elders have lived long good lives filled with sadness and happiness. There comes a time when we must let our loved one go. There is a method where doctors will put your loved one to sleep and they will die a painless and peaceful death. Euthanization of the elderly is ethical because nursing homes are expensive and with the elders, consent alleviates pain.
Many elders want to take the medication to die because they are living out their last days and they want a painless death (“End-of-Life Care Fact Sheet.” )Many older Americans will live out their “last days” with their families. If someone is too late to take care of them will die outside of a hospital. In other words, they are “too late to the hospice.” (“End-of-Life Care Fact Sheet.” )The process of euthanization is easily done and fast. People who are euthanized are usually older people. Medication can cure sickness but can also either not work or be extremely expensive. In fact, most older people prefer to spend their last days with family or loved ones instead of paying for cleaning and household bills.The Lincoln report also includes a foretaste of the prices of nursing homes in 2050. The prices rapidly go up at an average of 206,590.This is almost double what people are paying right now.(“Lincoln Financial Group Annual ) This is about double what people are paying right now.According to Credit.com, 80% of people living in America are in debt. (“80% Of Americans Are in Debt.”)People in debt can not afford to pay for a funeral or an unexpected death but if you were peacefully past away your family would be able too not only afforded the check but be assured you were happy.Overall it would be better for people to not to have their last days of living stressful and complicated.
