On a normal night, Patrick Maloney came home from work and his beloved wife, Mary Maloney, waited for him. Patrick was acting different and was strict towards Mary. Though, with the news of Patrick’s betrayal saying he had an affair, Mary was so furious at the moment that she slaughtered him! Mary Maloney is guilty of 2nd degree murder and here is how. Poor Mary, after being told from Patrick having an affair while she was pregnant, she was filled with anger from this news. After Mary slaughtered Patrick from this anger, caused by the truth of the affair and her pregnancy, she couldn’t deal with herself, so she left to get potatoes because of her reaction due to Patrick’s death. Though, when she came back to the murder scene she committed, she started to cry from realizing what she had done. Mary Maloney, is guilty of 2nd degree murder.
