Gratitude is the facet of the positive psychology and one of the greatest phenomena in the world. In the science of positive psychology, my topic – gratitude has always been strongly associated with greater happiness. It does not only help people experience more positive emotions, enjoy their successes, improve health, deal with hardships and build strong relationships.

Many researches have proven that those people, who are used to expressing gratitude in everyday life, have a sense of harmony and even feel physically better than others. And besides, these people are happier than the ones, who do not practice gratitude, due to the fact that they differ in positive thinking and are not inclined to condemn actions and intentions of others.
