Anne frank is a non fiction historical book about how two families and a man got along during War World 2 Isolation was a key trait in the story of anne frank showing how isolation can change people. I am going to be pointing out how isolation changed the character's traits of the story. The characters showed hostility to each other whenever something disrupted the aurora of the group.Each character started out with a different trait in the beginning some of those character traits stayed and left, for example the Van daans were very grateful towards the Franks for letting them stay there.Then in the end they were more hostile towards everyone including the Franks. The original family, we started out with was the Franks. Anne the youngest daughter was always cheery and mischievous , margot the eldest daughter was always calm and quite shy , Mrs. Frank was patient and courteous although bottling any hostile feelings , Mr. Frank was outgoing. Towards the end of the story, Mr. Frank is resilient towards every obstacle thrown in the household of eight. Anne learns to think about how her actions affect people instead of being mischievous, Margot comforts Anne and during the story she starts to learn about expressing herself. Mrs. Frank after bottling up her feelings for so long finally explodes letting all her frustration, anger, and hostility out on Mr and Mrs Van Daan. …show more content…
