Throughout time, the qualities and the defining characteristics of leaders have always been admired by society and continue to be a huge part of how humans view each other. Within the play Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare the reader is shown the qualities of different leaders and how each carried themselves in order to have their cause marked as superior. Mark Antony showed the most qualities of leadership with his ability to persuade the public, being able to gather people to agree with his views, and still being able to recognize the good within the people that were opposing his cause. Mark Antony was able to persuade a vast amount of people to support his cause and ultimately create an army that would crush his opposition.
