Probably the most famous love story of all time, is William Shakespheres Romeo and Juliet. In this love tragedy Romeo and Juliet are tragic victims of bad timing miscommunication and mistakes.
Since Romeo did not tell his closest friends Mercutio and Benvolio that he had married Juliet, this led to the many deaths of the people close to Romeo and Juliet. The reason why Romeo was refusing to fight Tybalt was because since Romeo had married Juliet, Tybalt had become a family member of his. But since Romeo did not tell Mercutio and Benvolio exactly why he did not want to fight Tybalt, Mercutio was convinced that Romeo was scared to fight him, so Mercutio took it upon himself to fight Tybalt. Romeo does not want Tybalt to die since he had recently become a relative of his and especially does not want Mercutio to die as he was one of Romeo closest friends. After he told Romeo that Juliet was dead, Romeo was so sad that he bought poison from an apothecary who first refused to sell poison to him but as a lower class citizen he could not refuse the hefty money Romeo was paying. Romeo bought the poison to end his misery. One of the biggest mistakes that caused Romeo and Juliet to have a unsuccessful relationship was their parents. Since the Capulet's and the Montague's were feuding, Romeo and Juliet could not express their true love for each other openly and could tell their parents how they really felt about each other. Another mistake was when Romeo got banished, Juliet an Friar Laurence had to think of a master plan to get them together somehow, and the plan the undertook was very dangerous. Juliet could have ingested too much or since her family thought she was dead, she could have been buried
