Influential Leadership Odysseus, the protagonist of The Odyssey an epic by Homer, exemplifies the characteristics of a good leader by inspiring his peers and growing as a character.
One of the most important qualities that Odysseus possesses is his ability to motivate and inspire those around him and to be trusted by his followers.
