When people are in society, there are many attributes that influence their behavior. One of this attributes is power. Some people do have power, some people do not have power. In society, there is always a hierarchy. In a company, for example the boss is the top of the pyramid of hierarchy and the employees are the bottom of the pyramid. Usually, people who are at the top of the pyramid have more power and people who are in the bottom of the pyramid have less power or no power. The boss of this company has the power to say what his/her employee needs to do, and to administrate the company. The power that the director have an influence in his/her actions, and the lack of power that the works have make them respect the decisions of their boss.
