QR It means the basic function of mind able to set mind and communicate aloud in a language, For the sake of example, let us say that a person who was born in the other country and who has learned to communicate in other language, cannot read anything written in English and cannot write it at all. Can't even recognize the sounds indicated by the letters of the alphabet. That person would be illiterate but that does not mean that a person has no QR . “If you are very good at algebra, calculus and geometry, you will be very good at QR.” True, Geometry the ability to count accurately. Geometry is mathematical skill, algebra demand more critical thinking from person to analyse data, so if the human is good in geometry sure case that person has the potentially in doing almost in everything especially in logic.
