Do you know that we still have discrimination even though it had been fifty years passed from the death of Martin Ruther King Jr.? Since the death of him, right of human developed, and discrimination decreased a lot. However, there is still discrimination toward minorities. Historically, minorities should always be oppressed, just because they are and couldn’t be free. Discrimination which exists recently isn’t revealed clearly, and it is hard to do discrimination freely, but people who do discrimination make it inwardly. Minority race discrimination occurs in many aspects of the modern United States: overall society including in the workplace, in stores, and in court and even in online.

According to KBS news (KBS), Caucasian American tends to have the high-income job. According to the material presented Last February by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, African-American’s labor force participation rate was 62.9% and Caucasian-American’s labor force participation rate was 63% (KBS). It doesn’t seem to be different, and it makes us delude that both of them is fair in labor market. However, in 11 industry fields which get high income, Caucasian-American’s ratio overwhelmed African-American. For example, in the management field, the ratio of Caucasian-American and African-American is 10:1, and in computer and mathematics, their ratio is 8:1, also in legal circles, their ratio is 12:1, and in education, the ratio of Caucasian and African is 7:1 (KBS). The ratio of Caucasian-American and African-American in the United States is 5:1 (KBS). In addition, the ratio of Caucasian-American and African-American, the ratio of African-American is higher in the low-income job such as restaurant service or Security industry (KBS). This made the difference between Caucasian-American and African-American get different income and difference between their property. The average property of One African American is 17000 dollars, while the average property of Caucasian American 171000 dollar (KBS).
