Storytelling Analytical Framework Each story has several elements which by, can be effective and purposefully. In literature of storytelling, most of stories have four main elements. those are: Message, Conflict, Character and Plot (Fog, 2010) Message is a part of story without it "there is no reason to tell stories". Message is identity and inherent of a story which by, Story-maker can convey his/her values. Conflict is "the driving force of a good story. No conflict, no story". Conflict, forces us to act. In "order to emerge conflict in a story, Characters are necessary to interact and compel with each other". Different characters can present in a story; such as "Heroes, [Heroes] Supporters, Adversaries, Beneficiary and Benefactor". A story …show more content…

heroes Supporters: community councils and houses, NGO's, social activists and institutions, dependent organizations of municipality, students, artists and all of Tehran citizens, specially who use public transportation systems, are who support heroes. But, who are the adversaries of the Tehran sustainability and what support them? Adversaries: offender peoples, specially elites and capitalists who abuse power, wealth and sources and violate laws, are the main adversaries in the Tehran sustainability story, which heroes and their supporters should face with. Adversaries Supporters: in this confrontation, variety of factors support adversaries and make difficulties for heroes and their supporters. exemplars are: concentration of country facilities in Tehran, no programming in control of population, insufficiency in transportation and infrastructures capacity, conflicts of people interests, difference in behavioral patterns, citizens inattention to fate of their city future (specially single-seat cars) and the nature of metropolis which defines social relations according to money and alienates people from …show more content…

An inter-organizational refinement is required and the internal and external mutual control and transparency must reassemble the civil administrative structure of Tehran. The Tehran urban management should define the duties of its subsidiary institutes obviously and prevent corruption. It also should have independent financial character, strong institutional will and robust legal position. In this case, it would be possible to face frankly against contraventions and greed of private capitalists, banks or insurance companies. Thirdly, city authorities (as heroes of sustainability story of Tehran) should recognize determinant role of people in success or failure of any sustainability story. They recommended in one side, to promote citizens interactions, public involvement, social capital and try to attend controversial demands of people in reality, modify incorrect behavioral patterns, respect to their interests, on the other. It is suggested that they inform people about sustainability and engage their minds with risks which threat future of Tehran.
