In the play of Medea, a lot of turmoil has come her way and now she hates everyone and swears for revenge. She gains a friend along the way Aegeus who is king of Athens and promises protection for Medea, because she is about to unleash hell. The nurse who cares for her and her children is kind and tries her best to keep Medea wrath from her children but is unsuccessful. Jason who was her husband is the culprit in the story and the cause of Medea’s behavior. In this paper true sympathy will be displayed.
