Technology rules the 21st century. Phones and appliances are what this world is made up of, that’s where the money is. In the book Fahrenheit 451, Ray Bradbury shows how the government uses technology to censor their citizens. Like Mildred’s tvs or technology has always been there for her so she calls the parlor walls her family. The books society, uses tv for happiness, the government found that technology is the way to control them.
