Washington had many challenges to face and many difficult decisions to make while he had his presidency. With a growing country, he was faced with many challenges and decisions to be made. Most of these challenges started with the Whiskey Rebellion or the French Revolution. One example of a challenge he faced was, “He led a 13,000 man army into Pennsylvania to round up the twenty-four rebels. All were charged with high treason, however, all were pardoned” (Paragraph 4 the whiskey rebellion). This shows that he was not afraid to do what he thought was right.
