13. How would you rate overall change and creativity in the organization?

(Rating = 3) I would rate the organization a 3 for overall creativity and change. I feel that significant change would be needed in 5 areas. The first area of concentration would be to establish an easy to use system of identifying and suggesting prudent change. Whether the suggestion came from nursing or management, it should be easily accessible to everyone and encouraged. Next, I would work on building meaningful truth in communication. Being able to bring mindful, authentic compassion to speaking is a key element to trust. I believe that by focusing on communication skills and creating a safe space for others to be more open, creativity will follow. Another area for improvement would be in

By allowing them to experience the roll that others play, and allow them to come to their own understanding of how they can make a meaningful impact in doing their job well. Additionally, improvement on the overall physical building would need to be made. Creativity is dampened when the physical environment is dull, depressing and outdated. In order to spruce up moral and boost the personnel to be more uplifting you need to have a clean and neat working space that makes you proud to work in.
