1) Discuss strategies for creating a healthy learning environment that you plan on incorporating in your classroom. This can include rules, managing disruptive behavior, learning styles, etc. It’s our responsibility to promote a safe and supportive learning environment in our classrooms. In my response, I will try to mention my point of view about core elements of healthy learning environments. Let’s focus on these elements step by step.
Firstly, knowing the students is a must. Calling their names is much more proper than saying anything. Of course, we need to spend time and to get to know them in the classroom. Their names, age, favorite colors, etc... with ice breaker activities. For me, it shows respect to my students because they are individually important for me. They are learners but as a teacher, I must to learn from them, too. It is a double-sided story. It is a big win-win situation.

According to my personal experiences, they see English as a class with full of assignments and quizzes. They are throw into the actual curriculum classes by their parents. They can less enjoy if they think it is just a class not a full of games, end a lifelong learning process. And also, they can realize they have to do it otherwise they’ll be punished by their parents. It is a handicap for a teacher.
