I think that Kiran uses words that has to do with disease for the reason that disease is known to spread rapidly. Education and learning is considered contagious too said kiran because it spreads through children quickly. Kiran uses these types of words to make audience associate education and learning like a disease and something that rapidly moves around and is learned.
2-The 3 stages of the educational journey that Kiran talks about are enable, aware, and empower. Kiran teaches this journey with her students by taking her kids steps by step through it in her own ways. Her ideas for activities helped the children to learn about something they had no idea that were even learning it.
