In this task, I will be analysing the law processes both inside and outside of Parliament. Firstly, I will discuss the process of a Bill into a Law that the Parliament does in the House of Commons and Lords and the roles of Statutory Interpretation and what it includes as Literal Rule, Golden Rule and Mischief Rule, showing the effect of Influences and Interpretations on the Parliaments Law Making. Secondly, I will discuss how the legislation is made outside of Parliament as delegated legislation and the EU regulations, Directives and Decisions. I will give detail information on the influences and impacts of the process both inside and outside of Parliament. Law is the body or official rules or regulations that are in as part of the legislation and is used for the society and to control the behaviours for the public, making sure that it is followed properly to ensure the wellbeing of everyone. These are usually debated due to pressure groups, social media, issues that are arising in England and Loop holes in old laws. These written bills are given to the Parliament to consider the proposal and to scrutinise that are given to both House of Commons and House of Lords to discuss the matters by MP’s and regular people elected in general elections. When both Houses have agreed on the content of a Bill, then it is presented to the reigning monarch for approval known as Royal Assent to make the Bill an official Act of the Parliament where everyone has to follow as part of the Law.
