Inexperienced writers have a thinking mindset that writing an effectively paper, essay, or story is not their talent. They think that great writers was born to write and was good at writing anything. Well, it’s not true. Writing an effectively paper, essay, or story is not from genetics or born that way. It comes from great practice and motivation. In order to complete an effectively paper, essay, or story, you’ll have to use the 3 stages of the writing process (prewriting, drafting, and revising). In the first stage of the writing process, there’s the prewriting. In the stage of prewriting, the writer has to come up with brainstorming ideas and gather the ideas into an outline for their prewriting draft. Even when they’re stuck in between drafting their paper, essay, or story. After when the writer is done with their prewriting, involving outlines full with brainstorming ideas, they’ll move onto the next stage of the writing process, drafting. Given that the first stage of the writing process was prewriting, the second stage of the writing process is drafting. In this stage, the writer drafts their paper, essay, or story. The writer will put their ideas and what they have from their outlines from stage 1 onto their paper. The writer will draft their paper in their schedule format and continue on until they are finish. The writer may move back and forth trying to fit his/her ideas into complete sentences, thus trying to organize his/her ideas into allowing the reader to understand their message or purpose of the writing. The writer may also focus on the main topic sentences and identifies their focus on their purpose of their piece. Later on when the writer is finish writing their piece of work or their rough draft, they’ll move onto revising. Lastly of the writing process, the last or third stage will be revising. By
