Adnan Syed did not kill Hae Min Lee on the evening of January 13, 1999 because, Adnan never had any contact with Hae after school, therefore adnan is innocent, and should be freed. If you never had any contact with the victim or you were never at the location at the crime during time of murder, then you are not the murder of the crime. But, Not being the scene of the crime at the time of the crime doesn't necessarily mean that you did commit the murder.You can always have someone else kill the victim for you such as hiring a hitman, or have someone lure victim to a location crime scene and kill them.The Letter Adnan received from Asia in the library after-school when he was supposedly with hae after school, is known as the Asia letter.
