1. In 250 words or less describe why QCPA is integral to the Commerce Society, and why you want to be a part of it.

QCPA is a unique organization that is integral to the Commerce Society, as it enables students to practice more of their “softer” skills. While many other Commerce provide valuable information to students about different fields of business, such as finance and marketing, QCPA is different in that its events are applicable to every student regardless of what disciplines they are interested in. With professional development workshops, QCPA helps students develop interpersonal and presentation skills that are crucial for future success in every field.

I want to be a part of QCPA because I am extremely interested in the performing

As the event approached, I also ensured to reach out to all the participants to make sure that they were still available for the event. Other minor steps included actually creating the trivia content, advertising the event on the morning announcements, and spreading word of mouth.

2. How would you coordinate the logistics for a musical production? What challenges would you encounter and how would you overcome those challenges?

To coordinate the logistics for a musical production, I would book a venue in advance for the production to take place in. I would double check that the space was still available as the musical approached to ensure that everything would run smoothly without any booking conflicts.

Furthermore, I would assemble and ensure that all required equipment, costumes, props, music, and any other resources necessary for the musical were accounted for by creating a list and keeping track of what was still required. I would also make sure to include lots of float time while planning for any unforeseen circumstances and arrange anything necessary
