Teens should have limits on the time they spent time online
It is now way easier than ever to access the internet, whether you use your phone, a computer, or a tablet. Many young teens and adults are both positive and negative consequences. Also the internet can not only affect you mentally, but also physically, and even socially.
I strongly agree that there should be limits on the time teens spend time online, and on their devices. Being online too much can become a really bad habit. You can mentally, physically and socially get affected to the point where you get sick/depression or even get therapy. For example, there may be many people getting bullied or bullying while the others might be having fun in their own little world and not looking at the real world which is not a joke you can get someone in a really substandard circumstance and you can get a really bad consequence either getting charged or having to go to juvenile. Bullying is not a joke, it might seem fun, but think what could happen before you do it. Also, we now as teens use our phones for everything and if you don't use it one day you feel like dying. It is similar to drugs, but it has a special name called an “addiction.” “While all may seem, well, overuse of the internet might be hidden behind deeper dilemma such as depression, anxiety, or eating disorders.”
