The driving age: should not be raised to twenty-one Driving car is very necessary to every one. People can’t go anywhere without a car. In the past, people used to go anywhere by walking on their foot. After that, they used camels to move from a place to another. Now a day, each family has at least 3 cars parking outside there houses. Now, people with age 18 and above need a car to move from place to another. In Kuwait the legal age to drive a car is 18 years old. These days the government thinking of changing the legal age for driving a car, from 18 to 21 years old.
