Approach
This research will be exploratory research with a quantitative approach to assess the nutrition knowledge and dietary habits and factors that influenced the eating habits of international students. The research will be exploratory because even though a lot of work has been done on nutrition knowledge and dietary habits, it has not been clearly defined among international students in Doblin. The quantitative approach will be use because we can obtain results and information without my intervention and we can a greater number of subjects. The data will be easier to collect and analyse than interview. Also quantitative research is a reliable way to identify nutrition knowledge level and the factor that impacts the eating habit of students.

The questionnaire language will be English. The questionnaire will be close questions because it will be clear and easily be understood by the students from different country and difference in English level. The main advantages of using questionnaire that the participate doesn’t feel pressurised with responses and large amounts of data can be processed quickly. The limitation that may be found that the participates may be understand the question differently which affects their answer and their the response may not mean the same thing or maybe leave the answer blank, or just fill in any answer. Also we can’t provide extra information from students. I will not use interview to collect data because of the cost, consuming time and the quality of data receive will often depend on my ability to deliver information as well as the size of sample will be limit.
The questionnaires will consist of four parts. First part about socio-demographic characteristics of the students. The second part about their nutrition knowledge and awareness. The third part will be about their disease and weight to correlate this results with their nutrition knowledge. The fourth part about factors that influence the process of dietary habits change. The questionnaire data will be simple for the respondents to understand easily. The questionnaire validity and internal reliability (Cronbach's α) will be
