Also, the technology allow the patients to recognize and understand a visual perspective about their health such as X- ray, CT, Radiograph, and other visual representations that could help the patients to gain knowledge. Moreover, it provides easy method to look up in patient's data if they ask for it. In addition, it has a chance to patient for contact and call the hospital and doctor's office to ask important questions instead of going to the emergency
