WORK FAMILY CONFLICT SCALE
This measure developed by Kopelman, Greenhans and Connolly (1981).it uses 8 items to assess the extent of the inter role that occurs between work and family roles. The measure can also be used to describe the spillover of family responsibilities to work roles. This scale use 5 point response formats which vary from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Coefficient alpha values for the 8 item measure of work family conflict ranged from.78 to.90.
