When you pull up to a fast food restaurant order window, do you think twice about ordering a burger? How about a chicken sandwich or fish fillet? I guarantee not many people do. They don’t take the time to actually look through the menu or look at the nutritional facts offered online or sometimes even in the restaurants themselves. But those that do and prefer healthier menu items, don’t always realize that those supposed ‘healthy’ meals, aren’t always healthy.
