Exercising is one of the best thing anyone can do in order to be heathy, build muscles, and get rid of the fat. An interesting fact on how humans stayed fit in the old days is around 10,000 B.C people did not have machines to exercise but, in order for them to survive they hunted for food by running, jumping, climbing and this is how they developed muscles and kept the fat away (“The History of Physical Fitness”). Now days people have many misconceptions about exercise and these misconceptions are built upon community then spread around to others. After few months’ majority of the people start believing them. Fat is made up of thousands of cells that hold fluids. Fat cells respond to conditions in three ways and the first one is they shrink, second they stay the same, and third they grow. Fat cells shrink when there is less food energy, they stay the same when there are enough calories, and grow if there is excess (Redmond “Does Muscle Turn To Fat With No Exercise?”) On the other hand, muscle is made up of hundreds of fibers which work together to make one muscle cell. Muscles are capable of growing because each muscle fiber is capable of growing. Muscles grow bigger by experiencing stress. The place where muscle grows are location specific but, with fat storage and loss it all depends on the person if they want to exercise to keep the fat
