Today, many scholars have summarized essential factors in providing feedback to cultivate advancement of the workplace and the attitudes of the laborers and learners. Feedback is a response to an action or situation from one individual, the source, to another individual, the recipient (Sadri & Seto, 2011). A notion that when people are given valuable feedback among their performance, he or she is better enabled to provide more practiced results in the future.
