Feeling Energized for School? Students in our schools are the men and woman of the future. When people watch the news, people argue saying that kids are developing depression just because of lack of sleep, So when people hear whether or not schools should start later, People should agree because starting school later gives students more energy and improves health. This also helps students with academic performance , and provided more time for extracurricular activities. When it comes to sleep, only having 6-7 hours of sleep is not enough for teenagers. Says “As children become teenagers, their sleep-wake cycle shifts two hours later, so it’s difficult, if not impossible for there for them to go to sleep before 10:30pm” This means the the less active teenagers going to be. This proves if kids have not enough energy to do sports or clubs, then they will start skipping club days.
