Since Comcast offers internet, cable, and mobile services there are several competitors in each of the market segments and since telephone and data services do not vary much the bargaining power is in the buyers’ hands. There are also certain markets where the buyer power is low because they are one of few companies who offer cable, but depending on what product a customer is looking for can determine what kind of buying power they hold. It is important for Comcast to continue to be innovative to remain competitive and attract customers in a different way. A way that they have already done this is through the X1 platform that utilized the cloud and Comcast’s network to provide an easy and fast way to navigate cable TV service and make it more personalized to the consumer using it (“Xfinity Tv’s”, 2012).

Of the regions mentioned this week, the one that interested me the most was Europe. Europe is known for having a very rich history that dates back thousands of years, back to the Greek times, the Roman Empire and so on. Personally, of the branches of social studies I would like to study anthropology in this region as I am very interested in the ancient cultures. Written by Mohsin Hamid, this is an eye opening novel in which the author gives the story of a young middle eastern couple who are forced to leave their homeland and become refugees. Written in 2017, it is very clear that though this story comes with the addition of some fantasy elements in the form of teleporting doors, it reflects the actual lives of many current Middle Eastern refugees throughout the world. Hamid gives these real refugees faces in the form of his characters Saeed and Nadia, the young couple forced to leave their home due to the increasing violence from the progressing militant presence which is comparable to ISIS.
A social system based on inequality and submission of the individual to feudal lords and the church cannot be associated with natural and human nature. Position statement: For college Should I or should I not, that is the decision we all encounter when we finally reach high school. Now, there are many factors that will affect a person’s life. The most important of these factors is whether or not one has a college degree. Through out this essay I will discuss why I believe that it would be advantageous for students to continue their education in college. I believe this because the unemployment rate (proven by FRED) among high school graduates is incredibly much higher than people that have graduated from college.

Through our research of academic and peer reviewed articles and journals we learn how digital space can provide a world of opportunities to organisations as we focus in on the hospitality industry and the hotels who make the most of the digital platforms available. We are aware that many companies are rushing to become digital in order to reap the awards of these opportunities, but we look at how they surge to be effective or in some cases fail and see a decline in their digital popularity scale.
