You ever wonder how many fine arts are in your area. If so then check the websites that I used in my research to see what fine art programs are available in certain areas. The reason for me to because I decided to research data concerning fine arts programs. Look up percentages of the fine arts programs is because I was interested in the funding of the programs and how they compare to the funding of the sports programs in schools. The reason for that is because not all schools have the money to start a fine arts program and I think they should stick to what they have put their most money in to. I personally think that funding should be a priority in other school programs. In most schools that is the sports program. So i want other people to see it the way I do.I have the …show more content…
The government already want every child to at least have a chance to do arts in a grades programs at schools are strictly focused on art which is a form of fine arts. The government wants to have children in grades K - 12 to have the option to do fine arts. But the thing about it is not all schools have the money to support the program. I think that schools should take student polls before starting some programs so that they can make sure students will be interested in them. Then if they do they’re not even 100% sure that the kids will want to do it anyway. So they would end up wasting their money on it that could be used in a different program . Some other things they can spend money on is better food or food In general when it comes to places in poverty and stuff like text books. Then about 53% of schools that offer or programs anywhere in the west of the USA. That brings up my second point which is the need for more funding in sports programs are the sport percentages of schools. (Schroeder-Arce, Roxanne.)
