I agree with this quote from E. M. Forster which states, "A work of literature must provide more than factual accuracy or vivid physical reality... it must tell us more than what we already know." I chose the historic account of the Book of Mormon, Written by many different people over the span of a thousand years, it is the most true book in existence. The first few chapters of the First Book of Nephi give an account of how Nephi and his family leave Jerusalem, are told to go back for the brass plates, ancient scripture written over four thousand years ago, and collect the family of Ishmael.

Nephi, the person who wrote this book, is obedient to the commandments of God and has an attitude of, "Not my will, but thine be done." (Quoted by Jesus Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane.) He was willing to do whatever the Lord commanded him to do. He was always turning to the Lord for help for the tasks that he needed to do. "The Lord never gives his children tasks that they cannot accomplish." (A paraphrase from Nephi.)
