A little girl walks into the mill, wondering how long her day might be, she wondered what the day will take from her, a finger, a toe, maybe her hair, the mill has already taken so much from her, she wonders how much more. Men, women, and children all over the world, work hour after hour to just barely get by, yet they have no chance to fix this problem. Due to the many problems that the country faces with the violation of human rights, it is important to protect the rights that help keep every human happy, safe, and healthy.

In the story Flesh and Blood So Cheap: The Triangle Fire and Its Legacy, the conditions of the sweatshop that these workers work in is described as, “A foreman ran for the hose on the stairway wall. Nothing! No water came. The hose had not been connected to the standpipe… There were no lights in the stairway, so they had to grope their way in darkness… employers often locked doors to discourage latecomers”(Marrin 2-7). This shows that the workers are constantly at risk of being injured when their human rights are being violated and their safety is at risk. These workers are just barely making enough money to survive, and being injured can put the victim of the workplace accident in unemployment, with no pay because the person has just been replaced, and the victim has no help to deal with their problem, but the country can change these problems and let these poor workers have a chance to finally be safe in the environment that they so tirelessly work in, but people have the ability to fix the problem. The rights of children and workers are constantly disregarded and devalued, but the human rights should be kept to keep these people safe and
