As an employee for The Integrated Information Technology Department I provided in person support to all students and professors, within my position at The Integrated Information Technology Department. I enrolled students into the database when they were new to the program, troubleshoot software, and installed software. As an employee at The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. As the instructor for the Microsoft training class to teach the SCDHH employees who did not understand the basics of how to use Microsoft Office Suite. Thus, I also apportioned numerous of issues such as installing, software, diagnosing computer problems, replacing hard drives, reimaging computers, and much more. During my employment with SCDHH, I became ill and had to receive emergency surgery, which caused my absence from and school. In the process of finalizing of this degree Integrated Information Technology, I was able to exhaust my knowledge to others by volunteering with iT-oLogy facilitating their summer camps for children and their parents to learn the basics of HTML. The coursework form USC and volunteering for iT-Ology helped me to develop my HTML and software skills. I currently work at Boeing South Carolina in Charleston, SC. The job title I hold with Boeing is Versatile Technologist. As a Versatile Technologist I personally analyzes computing requirements and system needs. I support multidiscipline systems and application activities, evaluate software and hardware to ensure compatibility with computing system. I ensure the systems are conforms to architectural objectives and system's production readiness and supportability. I managed the incident management and resolves hardware, software and configuration problems with the systems for the SNAP tool. The knowledge that I have gain from my degree in Integrated Information Technology from USC has been beneficial within my current position as a Versatile Technologist. I apply my technical knowledge and experience in creative ways to improve the business by delivering first-time quality
