Fall chas riv to Chastidy 4 days agoDetails Living in Florida for three years has giving me an appreciation for the change of seasons. It has also seeded in me a nostalgic, reminiscent feeling. When I know that the time in New England is in the middle of its natural metamorphosis; I can 't help but wish that I was there to experience the beautiful changes. Emotions of melancholy fill my being and I am left to miss Mother Nature opening herself up me in all its splendour. I suppose that anyone that has had to endure their nose turning into an ice cave docorated with snotcilcles will gladly trade that in for beautiful sunny Florida. Hot summer days quickly turn into cool breezes with autumn fragrance enveloping the atmosphere. Aromas of pine and pumpkin spice fill the air. Trees that were once lush, green and visibly full of life were now entering the cycle of sleep while simultaneously letting go of any leaf that is attached to its every branch. Transitions of colors bath the trees from forest green foliage to butterscotch leaves. The air is refreshingly crisp and when the sun descends into the horizon beautiful twilight colors of pink and purple hues paint the sky. You would walk down the street and with every step you would create crunchy sounds while stepping on the golden, red-orange cluster of leaves. Dogs playfully bark as you walk by the beautiful New England homes and smoky smells of chimneys burning wood awake your senses. Jack- O- Lanterns and scarecrows on every home welcome the fall while orange and red leaves hug the edges of each home and stretch out to the street as if it were natures Red Carpet
