In today’s society, food advertisements has shaped our views on what foods we should eat. The food advertisements showed the different sociological aspects of today’s society throughout the videos. Ranging from the basic sociological aspects(age, race, gender, class) to their families, these food advertisements have truly showed our views what the company wants us to eat. Although proponents may say that these food advertisements show what people want to eat, the food advertisements are clear and show what the audiences want to know and hear about them.

Since the working class families make money and are always lazy or busy to make their own food, they would want to buy food. Most of the food advertisements shown are geared towards the working families in hope that they are interested in what is being sold. These food advertisements also show to the working class audience that the food is cheap. An example of this is the Mcdonald's dollar menu. Everything on their menu is a dollar and this captures the eyes of the audience. The working class usually wants to save money since they work a lot and also are looking for something ready to eat. This opens the door to the working class family towards these foods. .Dodson (2009) states that “Joaquin seemed a little embarrassed because his voice got tight when he spoke of the idea of being unable to feed his children. To Joaquin, watching parents working hard and going home without money to buy food for their kids is far worse than breaking the rules, funneling some food their way, and risking the consequences.” This idea of not being able to afford food by the working class family is harsh. What is even more harsh is that they are unable to feed their families. So these food advertisements like to mention the cheap lifestyle of food to these families. Majority of the food ads do not mention anything about what is offered with the food. What is offered in the food as in the ingredients and nutrients. Not offering this information to the public will make the audience unable to know. Not able to know what is inside the foods will cause the audience from not being interested with the food. Since there is no nutrients or ingredients listed, the audience would think that is not healthy at all. The food corporations should mention a few lines of the nutrients or what’s in the food. This would allow the audience to know if the food is healthy or
