Jaclyn Dowaliby was the daughter of Cynthia Jaclyn and the step-daughter of David Dowaliby. David Dowaliby was convicted of murder of his 7-year-old daughter. She disappeared from her house in the morning. She shared a house with her younger brother, her mom, David and her Grandmother. Cynthia reported that she saw a broken basement window which the intruder could have come in from and kidnapped Jaclyn. It could not be the intruder because most of the glass was outside than inside, making it illogical for the intruder to smash the window from the outside. When they found Jaclyn’s body in the bushes of sand apartment, they interviewed Everett Mann who had a bipolar disorder. When they asked him, he gave a description similar to David Dowaliby, but police investigators figured out that it was impossible that Everett Mann could see characteristics of a man and car from 70 feet above at night.
