Could you imagine finding a treasure, and keeping all its holdings to yourself? Somewhere in the Rocky Mountains there is a chest filled with “gold and precious gems”. Finding this huge chest of gold would be a dream come true to anyone, even to me. Many people would just keep the money to themselves, but not me. If I was the first to solve the poem and find the gold I would probably do what Forrest Fenn did and keep it a secret just because i never been a person seeking publicity. The gold however, would still be put to some good use. First, I would donate half of the gold to the diabetes research foundation as an anonymous donor. This would be my top priority because as a child with personal experience I know how hard it can be to deal with type 1 diabetes. Part of the money would also go out to teach other kids about diabetes and the different types. I believe this will help those kids cope until we do find a cure. I want to help find a cure first because I don 't want other little kids to have to go through being embarrassed of having diabetes like I once was.. …show more content…

I would probably buy her a new car, a boat, or maybe even a vacation to hawaii so she could visit one of her best friends.
