The four principles found on the Declaration of Independence were composed as a way to express the mistakes of the British government in the colonist’s view. While they were originally made to refute the tyranny of King George Ⅲof Britain, the four main fundamentals still hold to be valid today. Provided in the declaration, there lies the statement “ all men are created equal”. This still proves to be hold true today because the way the U.S. had structured its government.
