A few examples of frames include beliefs, values, and assumptions that we hold about ourselves, others, and the world. They have the ability to provide us with a sense of coherence and meaning, giving us the opportunity to navigate complex situations more effectively. Although, reframing is the process of altering our frames to gain new perspectives and adapt to changing circumstances. This includes questioning and changing our assumptions, beliefs, and values to enhance our understanding and response to certain situations. I have recognized that my impatience and attention to detail can hinder my ability to connect and communicate with others. However, I also have been able to acknowledge my strengths in sympathizing with others, bringing people together, and staying focused on tasks. This understanding of my frame has allowed me to better adapt to different situations and communicate more effectively with others. I have learned to appreciate the diverse perspectives that different frames bring to a team and have recognized the importance of balance in work and my personal life. My conversation with Andy Fitzgerald has helped me see similarities in our perspectives on leadership, particularly regarding the importance of confidence, balance, and setting small goals for personal growth. I truly believe that if you accomplish smaller goals in life they can keep you motivated to push yourself harder and harder and eventually complete the overall bigger
